First make sure it’s a Windows 7 / 8 / 10 / 11 PC (Macs, phones and tablets aren’t supported). If it still won’t open, antivirus software has most likely blocked or deleted it.
Check your system first
- Supported: Windows 7, 8, 10 and 11 PCs.
- Not supported: Macs (macOS — including Windows virtual machines or dual-boot on a Mac), phones and tablets (iOS / Android), Linux and other systems.
Still won’t open on a Windows PC
- Antivirus software has most likely deleted or blocked it — see The app suddenly won’t run.
- If it was blocked while downloading, see Download failed.
- If it opens but keeps loading, see Stuck loading on startup.
