Check your spam folder and the email address first, then wait a minute or two. Don’t keep clicking to get a code — there’s a daily limit.
Check in this order
- Look in your spam or promotions folder: verification emails are sometimes treated as spam.
- Double-check the email address: a mistyped letter or a missing domain.
- Wait and check again: emails occasionally arrive a minute or two late — don’t click to get a code many times in a row.
Messages you might see
- Daily limit reached: the same account and email can only get a limited number of codes per day — try again tomorrow.
- Code expired: get a new code.
- Too many failed attempts: try again later.
- Couldn’t send the email: try again later; if it keeps failing, use another email you use regularly.
