The sounds page is still loading: wait until it has loaded before clicking Recorder, or switch back to Sounds first and then open it. Unsaved recordings aren’t lost.
“The recorder can’t open right now”
Right after the app starts, while the sounds page is still loading, you may be told the recorder can’t open yet and to try again in a moment or switch to the sounds page first.
- Wait until the sounds page has loaded, then click Recorder on the toolbar again.
- Or click Sounds to go back to the sounds page, then open the recorder.
Is my unsaved recording still there?
Yes. Unsaved recordings are kept for you, and when you open the recorder again you can preview it, continue recording or save that last take.
